Popvox Quickstart

These are the basic steps required to get a new campaign up and running. The system lets administrators control everything from call recordings, Caller ID display, calling hours, multiple phone lists, and to define as many distinct calling lists as needed.

  1. Go to https://callcenter.directleap.com/accountname
  2. Log in using your administrator login and password
  3. Under People > New Job
    1. For each list, enter a list name and select a file of constituents to call
    2. Complete field mapping (if this is a new list format)
    3. Check the Lists screen after a minute or two, as lists are batched for processing
  4. Create a script for this campaign under Scripts > Add
  5. Write an email autoresponder to send to constituents who provide their address under Emails > Add
  6. Define survey questions and responses by clicking Questions > Add
  7. Create a campaign and define the name, list, script and calling dates using Campaigns > Add
  8. Finally, click Make Calls Now and sign in to make some test calls!
